Absolutely horrible experience. A month out and not a single update on my order. Emailed them 5 times, every time they said there would be someone to contact me in 24 hours. No one ever did. No expectation, no refund, no acknowledgment of my request for a refund and and no update on my order. Do not order from them unless you are okay with wasting money.
I never got my order. I ordered 4 covers on April 4 2024. After conversing via email for over a week about my order I was first told this.Hey aaron.n.goldberg,First, thank you for your support! We appreciate you being a customer of ours :) We’re sorry that your order hasn’t arrived yet. We ship orders within 2 to 4 days of the order being placed, and once it’s shipped it can take 3 to 20 business days. It usually is delivered on the earlier end of that window, but we like to state the maximum time. Your order is still in transit.Since it is being shipped in an envelope, be sure to check your mailbox where you get things like a cellphone or utility bill. Delivery persons generally do not ring your doorbell when letter mail arrives.If you haven’t received it after your delivery window, please let us know!Then after a week I emailed back asking again where my order was, I sent this:Hi Aaron,Thank you for reaching out. As of now, there is a delay on your order due to postal strike issue. Rest assured that your order will be delivered as soon as possible.Thank you for your understanding and we apologize for the delay.Now for context there is a PLANNED postal strike for Canada and Canada post slated for May 22 2025. This email was sent to me may 7th 2025.Im very upset and I have requested a refund and I have not heard back..not having a phone number to call to actually figure out a solution for customer problems is shown to be that there is little regard for customer satisfaction.
I attempted to add to my order. I was told that was not possible. I was told to create a new order containing the all items I wanted, and the first order would be canceled and refunded. I emailed my new confrimation number and asked that the first order be canceled. Instead of cancelling the first order, they shipped it and refused to refund me, as was promised. After that point, they stopped replying to my emails except for one last message, thanking me for understanding that they would not be refunding me.
I ordered two covers on May 5th and haven't received them yet. I opened a ticket with support on May 27th where they responded 4 days later saying it could take 3-20 business days. It still isn't here and it's just ridiculous. I'm going to make sure to go out of my way to tell people to not use this site since the experience is absolutely terrible and the customer service is just as bad.
