I never received the product I ordered. Customer service keeps telling me to look near my mailbox like I’m blind. It never arrived and won’t re ship or refund. I’ve read this is common so I’m going to have my back do a charge back

This company is incredibly out of touch…

This company is incredibly out of touch with any form of customer service. I have been reaching out to you so many times for so long attempting to find out where my order is that I paid for. All you to is respond with the same old auto generated email that goes accomplishes nothing. And to top it off, you continue to send me these emails asking me to offer my experience with CuCu. You are a glutton for punishment. I'm not even sure why I continue to respond other than it now has become a game to write these bad reviews about your company that is so out of touch. And no, II still have not received anything I ordered, nor a way to track it. What a joke.

ran by bots but legit?

i received my card cover after about 2 weeks.... it did come from Canada. however, their customer service is TERRIBLE. only way to contact them is via robot... you get only automated bot responses
