Never sent after 6 months & wont refund

Def a scammer. Ordered from them in July 2025 an it was never shipped. I reached out to them and they said there was a delay on my order "due to uncontrollable logistic issue." They also said I could not change or cancel it due to it already being processed. They never sent it. I reached out again asking for a refund and they never responded. It's been 6 months, and the tracking information shows they never shipped anything.

I never even received my order

I never even received my order. Due to a flaw of my own, which I attempted to correct MULTIPLE times, was never corrected on their end. I've sent multiple emails, the only way to contact this seller, on multiple occasions over the course of weeks, I never got a response. I have since given up. I am being asked to review their product, which I would have if I ever received it. I do NOT recommend giving CUCU a chance. There's other sellers that do actually care. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

I never got my products. I’ve reached out to support multiple times. It’s been over 2 months. I’ve commented on their instagram and DMd them multiple times. No one answers. Biggest scam company I’ve seen. The only reason I remembered my order is because I just got another ad from them. Don’t buy from them.

Took a while for it to arive

Took a long time for it to arrive, granted im in Alaska so definitely a outlier. I thought it was a front and back cover however I got only the front of the credit card covered. I may have misread or missed something. I also noticed the sticker when put on incorrectly and putting on correctly is a pain can lead to small nudges or bumps wish it was slightly easier to apply or more forgiving. A card holder made of durable paper that can a card can slide into would be nice. The sticker was high quality and it's small enough to not get caught on anything when inserting it to the card readers.
