Do not buy anything from them.
I brought the bridal hanger, it arrived all wrong colour and nothing like the picture advertised. I have asked for a refund and they offered me 25% but I cannot give it to the bride it is horrific, they went to 50% refund or I can pay for shipping to send it back but it was their mistake as is not what I ordered. They are now ignoring me 🙈
If I could give them a negative star I would! By far the worst retailer I have ever delt with!

Plain and simple shop elsewhere
I ordered two personalized pocket knives and I'm very dissatisfied. 1. They are so small, more like keychains, 2. They are not made of Damascus steel, 3. The designs on the handles look nothing like what was displayed on the website, 4. One of the knives came in the wrong color, 5. The sheath they provided is far too large for these tiny keychains.
The advertising was completely misleading. I did not receive what I ordered. I purchased items intended as wedding favors, but what I got was entirely useless and a waste of money. I ordered a set of 120 lifesaver mints with personalized packaging, but instead, I received only 60 low-quality stickers.
The listing stated metal pegs, but mine are plastic, and one is missing! This is for the travel cribbage set; I ordered three! It also claimed to be made in Portland, Oregon, but it arrived from China! I've reached out multiple times for replacements but received no response.
