I ordered a grill on December 15, expecting it for the holidays. By the 28th, it still hadn’t arrived. I finally received an email stating that the item was out of stock, yet they had already charged me. I'm still waiting for a refund. Very disappointing.
I recently made a payment of £80 through one service, but when I checked another, the receipt came back with discrepancies. I've been paying regularly, but the app shows conflicting information regarding my balance and payments. I've documented all transactions, and it appears that the apps are providing incorrect details. I've never been late with my payments until recently, and if one service is owned by another, it should be clearly indicated in the app. It's frustrating to deal with these errors that are not my responsibility.
I strongly advise against using this service. I had to cancel my order because it didn’t arrive as promised the next day, even after paying for that option. They took money from my account and are refusing a full refund. Trying to reach a manager is pointless. Stay away from this dishonest group.
Deceptive practices! My order was canceled under the pretense of a bank issue, which is untrue. The item is simply out of stock. Perfect timing for the holidays, thanks. There are over 40 people in line to complain through online chat, which says it all. They took no accountability and offered no explanation, instead diverting the conversation to credit checks (I paid via direct debit with no issues during Black Friday). This will be my first and last experience; their failure to take responsibility is quite embarrassing.
I ordered a jacket from the website, but the supplier sent me the wrong item. After returning it, they confirmed receipt on November 17th. I have been waiting for my refund for weeks, yet nothing has come through. Despite providing evidence of the return, they claim they haven't received it. Terrible service—it's not worth the trouble; shop elsewhere if possible.
Terrible experience! I ordered a sweatshirt but received a different item. I tried again, and they sent the wrong item once more. After waiting an hour on the phone with no success, I resorted to emailing them. Two emails later, and not a single response. I attempted to return the first incorrect item, but the system won't let me return the second incorrect one. I STRONGLY ADVISE THINKING TWICE BEFORE ORDERING; this has been the worst online shopping experience ever.
