They won't send the goods and won't refund. I've emailed many times for a refund and they ignore me. Their complaints page gives an email address for the complaints procedure that is the same one as the standard info@ email address, the same one where they ignore all of me emails and refuse to reply to me. This is almost 1 month now and they have over £200 of my money. I've had to go to the bank for a chargeback as they won't refund or answer me.
Excellent service from begining to end,first time ive dealt with this company and will be hopefully be placeing my second order very soon.Id had a few family problems going on and hadnt sent all info they asked if it would be easier for them to whatsapp me.Which i agreeded as much easier this way showed all my relevant documents then just like that it was ordered unforunately i didnt get the lovely guys name to thank him for all his help within a day or two my order was delivered.Id highly reccomend this company thank you for all your help
Placed an order on 21st Oct with a view to it arriving within days.It is now 5th Nov and still no parcel- staff constantly saying that it is delayed and wil be arriving soon.I also paid extra for it to be delivered quickly to which whe I ask for refund it is not given.Awful service
Terrible experience. Couldn’t get my money refunded when found cheaper elsewhere and when I spoke to their team they had no knowledge of my previous calls and kept repeating themselves. Had to lodge a dispute before I got my money refunded. Wouldn’t recommend purchasing from them
