easy to use . Extra cost too much

easy to use . fee cost are increased by UK bank used for transfer Euro. Before was only 3€ currency fair Fee, now is included 11€ UK bank and 3chf my Swiss bank.other point to highlight , I got problems when 2 transactions are setup in same time. Only one are ok.
