Using CurrencyFair is very convenient and simpke to use particularly for recurring transactions. Once set up it manages itself but its useful to recieve reminders and progress updates from them. I'm happy with the exchange rates and speed of transactions.

Fast and efficient but beware public holidays!

Currency Fair is always fast and efficient. However, my most recent transfer coincided with a holiday weekend (must remember next time!), so my money ended up somewhere in the ether for several days, no doubt earning someone some nice interest - certainly not me! Other than that, I’m always very happy with the speed of transfer.
