I had to give one star because there's no option for zero. DO NOT ENGAGE with this service. They exploit young, self-employed individuals and fail to deliver on their promises. I've tried for over three months to get in touch with them, but no response. It's disheartening that such a company is allowed to function. I'm currently seeking legal advice to take them to court for their unethical behavior.
This company is truly disgraceful. They haven't answered my calls or emails after six weeks of attempts. I've paid over £2,000 for tax return services, and now I'm left with a hefty bill. Legal action is being considered as this situation is unacceptable.

Until someone takes legal action, this company will continue its terrible practices. They charge weekly fees but add extra costs from your VAT funds. It's concerning to see how many people, especially those with language barriers, never get their VAT back. There's a lack of accountability for such services.
I can't fathom how such dishonest services can continue to operate. I became involved after my son worked briefly for a courier and paid this company to handle his VAT. They collected the VAT but submitted a zero return and kept over £1,000. After promising a refund, they now ignore all follow-ups. This is a clear case of stealing from HMRC.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They were supposed to release my VAT funds months ago, but every time I reach out, I hear unbelievable excuses about issues with their bank. I'm incurring penalties from HMRC due to their negligence and may need to hire a lawyer to recover my losses.
