Double check your order over the phone in case its not in stock…

Purchased a ps 5 controller from there website as i was in there store the day before and there web page said 1 was in stock but no one could find it. So returned the next day. The package was a bit crushed in one corner but did not want a replacement as i found the whole process a lot of hag.

I bought an iPad. I ordered in the evening, when the shop was shut, and clicked the “collect form store” box. The next morning, even before the shop was open, the iPad was ready to pick up. Top Drawer. 5 stars.

I had to chase for a delivery time

I had to chase for a delivery time, but the worst part was waiting to collect. There was a queue of people, 1 poor lady serving and no one offered any help. Waiting over 25 minutes ro collect an item is ridiculous
