To be fair, Curry’s service was good but that of your carrier was abysmal.I am 89 and aware that a Canon printer can be heavy an awkward to carry, I opted for and paid for it to be delivered to my first floor flat.The carrier made no attempt to do this and simply left it on a chair immediately inside the front door of my building where it could have been taken by anyone. Only by sheer chance did I discover it.The carrier had not sent any e- mail to say that this had been done. Next morning I discovered that the carrier had an update to an earlier message by had not bothered to let me know!Not a great experience on the whole but an expensive one!Jim
The lady who served me was so helpful, didn't have the iron I wanted in stock so she ordered one for next day delivery, I was so surprised thought I would have to pick it up from the shop but it was delivered to my door, couldn't ask for more she was a star.
I was really impressed with Curry’s. I needed technical advice before I made a recent purchase. I tried to contact other outlets first who either don’t have a phone or they don’t answer. Contacted Curry’s and spoke to someone immediately. The help was excellent and I therefore made my purchase straight away and the product was delivered the following day.
