Absolute abysmal experience

Absolute abysmal experience. Been trying to order a Laptop since Saturday but due to issues with site issues Icould not log into my Currrys a/c - nor place the order as a "Guest" the problem just went on. Tuesday this week I spoke to a Currys expert on a video call and he then placed my order. But on checking the order I saw that he had ordered the wrong colour Laptop. I immediately contacted Currys and was given a contact number of the Team that would help. I rang the number and after waiting for approximately 20 minutes spoke to a member of the Team. He told me I needed to wait until the order had been delivered and gave me a reference number and told me to ring them again, quote the reference number and they would then be able to arrange a replacement. The order was delivered today and I rang the Team again, quoted the reference number and was eventually told the only thing they could do was refund me and I would have to order the Laptop again!!! I spoke to another Currys expert, who gave me yet another number to ring, which I did and a very helpful lady arranged a replacement - but I have to wait another 48 hours for this to take place! Surely this is no way to run a Business!!!
