I got an Astra a month back. Jaydon went through everything and was able to answer all of my questions.
More recently I had a battery issue. It turns out I had accidentally drained it but jump starting it didnt fix the issue and I had to send it to a garage.
When I called Jaydon on the day at 6:45pm on a Friday, he explained how the cover works and what I needed to provide to get the car sorted. Luckily the car was ok but the service was a relief

Smooth purchase experience, but some concerns arose

The purchase process was straightforward and quick without any pressure to buy. However, I'm not rating it higher due to an issue that occurred just a day after acquiring the vehicle. While my daughter was driving, the tyre pressure sensor light activated. I've always relied on the metal plate on the door pillar for the correct tyre pressures. When she added air, it turned out the tyres were not original to the car, which would have required her to inflate the fronts by an extra 8 psi if she hadn’t contacted me. This raises a potential safety concern for me. I'm frustrated that this wasn’t mentioned during the sale. Additionally, there was no customer service email available, so I reached out to the sales email but didn’t receive a response, which I found disappointing. The pressure light can be easily turned off, but I hope it doesn't continue to activate when only 2 psi is lost.

Overall, the transaction went well, and I had no complaints initially. I placed my private plate on the vehicle and enjoyed many miles of trouble-free driving. So, why am I writing this review? I found out it was a stolen recovered vehicle when trying to transfer my private plate back during a trade-in. The authority refused to process the transfer online, forcing me to resort to the traditional method and ultimately receiving a call from them. They informed me that the vehicle was registered as stolen. It's disappointing that this information wasn't disclosed at the time of purchase, as I wouldn't have paid the amount I did, and a bit of transparency regarding the vehicle's unusually low mileage would have been appreciated.
