So I’ll get the bad bit out the way first. Whoever was dealing with me to start with was absolutely hopeless, no communication, no effort and I was having to do all of the leg work and chasing. By the off chance I spoke to Jack H on the phone after and he appointed himself my point of contact for me whilst purchasing my new car. He was excellent and very helpful I every aspect. Car was in even better condition than I expected and I cannot fault him nor the car. Very very happy so thank you.
Tony made the experience unforgettable from the initial phone call to the handover. We turned up and the car had a bow on the bonnet. Wife was blown away as this is the first nice car she’s purchased. Would happily made the 4 hour trip back to deal with To y again. Cheers, Rozie and Chris
What an amazing car buying experience I made a telephone enquiry about a Mercedes-Benz GLE all the way from West Bromwich in the Midlands. I was given a complete detailed report about this vehicle followed by a video. I was so impressed with the professionalism. I decided to make the trip up the M6 to see the vehicle upon arriving a young man by the name of Joe Pembleton approached me walked me to the car and went through everything. The interesting thing about the vehicle and the buying experience. There was one issue with the reverse camera. Also there was one more minor issue with a little body panel missing the young man explained that the reverse camera had been ordered and they were waiting for delivery. I was so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and I like the car. I decided to buy the vehicle. I was also introduced to the sales manager once again what a fantastic attitude a completely new car buying experience. I picked up the car a week later went back for the reverse camera to be repaired Once once again on my arrival the hospitality was amazing. I was given my fuel expenses for the Travel. Very happy with the vehicle probably most definitely the best car buying experience I have ever had well done young Joe keep it up. You do your company proud thank you.
I really happy to purchase from DACE MOTOR GROUP . I have been searching for long time and always afraid of having car. When I started and call them . They asked me to come to their place in reddish. Service was amazing and they explained everything about the car . I started with Chris who was really an understandable person and kind . We drove around , the car was good then I continued the procedure with Davies who was extremely friendly and very kind person . Thank you for the service to all .
