I appreciate the customer service I have received and also the help with my account getting fixed. I also appreciate being able to receive my available balance it helps me out a lot when I'm able to get my available earnings. Whenever I need my available earnings it is available and I appreciate that. That's because I work hard for my money and when I'm in a bind I'm always able to get what I work for and I appreciate that about this company so it's a very valuable asset to this app that most people don't appreciate.
I am facing significant problems as the service has been deducting my earnings, along with my partner's and a coworker's, due to an alleged overpayment. We were all enrolled in a payment plan to ensure we could access part of our income, but after nearly two weeks, I find myself in a tough situation, especially being pregnant and temporarily living in a hotel. The app was supposed to help, but it feels like the payment plan was ineffective. Now, my family is suffering because of discrepancies in our earnings and the amounts owed. It’s concerning to think we might have been misled, and I am considering legal action due to the lack of clarity and support. I urge everyone to closely monitor their earnings and ensure everything aligns with what they've worked for.
I have used this service for various jobs without any issues until now. Today, I tried to change my phone number since I can't log in. Instead of verifying my information, it requests details I no longer remember or can't access. The support team was unhelpful and didn't address my concerns. As a pregnant woman nearing delivery, this situation has been incredibly frustrating. I would rather deal with childbirth than face this service's inadequate customer support again!
I attempted to cancel my account last week and was informed that the cancellation couldn't be processed until the pay period concluded, which I understood. I was told I would receive my paycheck and that my direct deposit would then be managed by my employer. However, that payment did not arrive as expected. I contacted support this morning, and they reassured me that everything was fine and my payment would be processed by 5 PM. That also did not occur. When I called again, I was told that since I canceled my account, they didn't have my direct deposit details, which contradicted what I was told during the cancellation and earlier today. To make matters worse, they had to reactivate my account to send the payment. So, not only did I not receive my payment today, but I also had to reactivate an account I tried to cancel! Will I face this same issue again when I attempt to cancel after my paycheck processes? That's a great question! I advise staying away unless absolutely necessary.
When I began my job, I had no funds, so being able to access some money before payday was a true blessing for my family and me. While it can be both a blessing and a curse since you need to manage how much you withdraw, I still find it useful even after two years of employment. It often provides a much-needed boost for covering bills, groceries, gas, and more. I would suggest adjusting the fee for long-term users to make it more manageable, but overall, I really appreciate this option.
