I have bought 3 cars from Dales and cannot fault them. They are so helpful. I have dealt with Ben and Adam. If there is an issue they offer support and help to resolve the manufacturers defect. Everyone I have encountered has been professional and well informed. Ben was wonderful. They are well informed and nothing is too much trouble. He went the extra mile to assist me in sorting out my new car. It is fabulous and I am really happy

Just overall great service

Have been a customer of Dales Scorrier for well over 7 years now. They’ve helped me with each and every car I’ve purchased from them, sorted out any issues in a timely manner and throughout it all, been always helpful. Jane is just brilliant. She goes the extra mile, helping me find a 7 seater (which was needed with 5 children) when I was stuck with a 5 seater after a divorce and kept me updated on the progress of my application throughout. The service plan on the car helps massively so there are no unexpected bills during service or MOT and my current car, a Dacia Jogger, is one of the best cars I’ve ever driven. I’ll continue to be a very happy customer of Dales in Scorrier. Mrs C

Brilliant service

I’ve been using Dales for a good few years now, I got a Seat Ibiza from them about 3 years ago and the car was amazing! Was valeted professionally before hand and looked brand new even though it was second hand. I’ve also had servicing and MOT done with them and cannot fault them. They’re thorough with everything and even gave my van a clean outside for me even if she did fail the MOT. Always been really spot on. We’ve also just had a disability vehicle in to be checked and have a software update done and again brilliant. Top service! Thank you Dales crew!
