Non è mai arrivato. They promised to deliver by Christmas. Then they wrote to say it wouldn’t be possible, then when I asked to cancel the order they said it wasn’t possible. It’s now 31 December and it still hasn’t come and the person I was gifting it to has left the country. What a disappointing customer service experience. Che delusione.
