Avoid Dalfilo - quality sucks

-spend 726€ mid. december 2024 buying a bunch of new towels in different sizes in "Waffelpigué". The towels arrived as paided for, and were given as a Christmasgift as planned. But - the quality stinks! After 2 months of using, washing and drying the towels, we have given up, they are discarding so many fibers when tumbled so that we have fibers everywhere in the house. As far we can read other places, it's a wellknown productionfailure. But never the less Dalfilo rejects the return of these towels because they have a 30 day return policy. Despite we are talking about a product which be no means have the quality paided for. Can only say - stay away from Dalfilo.

The worst customer service and missing package!

I bought a set of sheets and pillows on January 22nd. Until now, I have not received any of it.I bought the olive green set, and it was available when I bought it. Two weeks passed with no sending, telling me there was a problem with the warehouse. Then, they tell me they ran out of olive green and I must change the color of the sheets. In what world can that be possible, since when you buy something that is available, is immediately reserved to that customer? However, I accept in order to get my package as I really am in need of new sheets at home. Then, another week passes and nothing. They barely answer my emails, they do not answer the phone. Etc. It's for now the worst customer service I have encountered. I feel scammed. And even if they send me my things a month later, I feel they will still not respond me for the lack of support I got. I am even asking for my money back and they are leaving me on seen. The worst!!

An initial delay was resolved with excellent service and high quality product

This is my first experience as a customer of this Italian company. On 2 December, I ordered two items for Christmas and birthday presents. On 9 December, I was advised that there was a delay in despatch, and no estimated date was provided. I attempted to reply to the email to cancel the order. UPDATE: The company contacted me to explain the delay and ensure I received the shipment in time for Christmas. They turned things around, and it was a case of "crisis as an opportunity". The items arrived and were of excellent quality. Highly recommended!
