Review Time
The granite countertop was put in & there was a big gap between the back splash & granite.
They glued in the sink & cut the hole for the faucet.
They then moved the countertop so it was closer to the wall & caulked it.
There were several issues from the get go.
After they left I realized:
1) the sink was not centered
2) the hole for the faucet was not centered
3) the counter top has a longer overhang on one side
4) the hole for the sink is not large enough
5) I was told I would get the piece of granite that was cut out for the sink-
WE DID NOT GET THIS, YET PAID FOR IT!
6) they did laser measurements before hand so that everything would be perfect
7) the price went up another $500 after they laser measured it too
7) I have called, emailed , they ignore you. The women was rude the first time I asked for the piece that they cut out.
They offered to come out & fix it,BUT WANTED ME TO PAY MY PLUMBER AGAIN FOR THEIR TERRIBLE JOB!!!
I said & go through that again.
My anxiety was through the roof with the rude woman, the workers who felt it was ok to leave it with a big gap.
If it's laser measured, it should be PERFECT!!
I get a call from a manager who says we can put in your back splash.
Hmmm , I said let me ask my husband.
He says I'll call you tomorrow.
NO PHONE CALL, NO FOLLOW UP EMAILS, EVERYONE IGNORES YOU!!!
I call them & said, tell him they can do the back splash..
HAVEN'T HEARD A WORD BACK FROM THEM!!!

My suggestion is they have a
LOW RATING for a reason.

Don't buy it comes with 15 year warranty they don't honor had 1st set of white quartz replaced and 6 months later spots coming threw shows scratches easily its the cheapest crap you can buy there not responding to phone calls or emails and said see your builder was told we have a bank of lawyers go ahead and sue us
Went into DalTile in Reno NV after searching for the perfect Quartzite for my countertops. The two sales guys at the front desk were OVER accomidating. They moved multiple slabs around until we found the ones we liked the best. I wouldn't want to move one of those but they moved at least 12 slabs. When we found the three we liked the best we found out one had been reserved already. since there was not a fourth matching slab available they went out of their way to call the designer that had reserved the third spa and worked out a deal to get us the third slab we needed. Their prices were also the lowest we had found. It has been quite some time since I have experienced service like that. Great job Connor and Abraham.
My complaint against Daltile is about their product, which I will describe below, and their total lack of customer service. They came close to insulting me as incompetent when I complained about their product.The product is “Crystal Shores glass mosaic tile, Emerald Isle CS96”. We used it in a major kitchen renovation, and it is the big disappointment in that renovation.The tile presents as a mosaic of seven different colors of glass rectangles randomly arranged. Most of the colors have a smooth, shiny finish. But two of the colors – the dark green and the white – have a slightly concave and bumpy finish. In a few cases the underlying glass appears to be cracked. In one case I rubbed my finger over the surface and cut my finger enough to draw blood. All of the white and green tiles in the four boxes we received were like this. When the installer applied our dark grout it penetrated the fine cracks in the bumpy tiles (but not the smooth tiles), and left a network of spider-web lines throughout the tiles. The dark lines make the white tiles look gray instead of the bright white that they should be. We selected this tile for the contrast and “pop” of the white tile, and after all the trouble and cost, we didn’t get it. We are very disappointed. In hindsight I think this is a quality control problem with the white and green tiles and they shouldn’t have been sold like that.When I called Daltile Customer Service about the problem, they told me it was my fault, my problem, and they were not going to help. Issue closed. We are frustrated and dissatisfied with Daltile, and we no longer trust them or their products. When people ask us about our kitchen and our design decisions, I make sure to tell them about our Daltile experience. I wish I could include pictures in this review.
