This review is about a legal service provider. I had an extremely disappointing experience with them! They were slow, uninterested, unprofessional, and costly. They lack expertise and work at their own sluggish pace. I would highly recommend steering clear of this service!
A construction service replaced my bathroom floor a year ago, and the quality was appalling from the start. There were cracked grout, misaligned transitions, and even grout on adjacent surfaces. They sent the same installer to address the issues, but nothing was resolved. I foolishly paid for the job, expecting them to stand behind it, but they did not. Over the past year, the tiles have cracked and lifted, making popping noises when walked on. After many attempts to reach the project manager, he finally responded to say he no longer works there and referred me to another representative, who later informed me that the owner claimed it wasn't under warranty. I asked to speak with him but haven't heard back in weeks. Poor workmanship, management, and communication. I strongly advise others to avoid this construction service.

I've been a customer of a financial institution for three years without issues. Recently, I mistakenly sent an extra payment and called to request a refund, needing the cash for bills. Each representative I spoke to provided conflicting information, stating the transaction needed review and could take 3-5 business days. I requested to speak with a supervisor who was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Despite a direct deposit from my bank, I'm still waiting for my money. If I weren't using the card for purchases, I would have canceled it out of frustration.
I was using a pest control service and was billed monthly for a technician who never showed up, as confirmed by my exterior cameras. Even after canceling my service months ago, I was charged again and am still awaiting a refund. I was promised a call from the general manager over two months ago but have yet to hear from him. It seems like it's common practice to pay for services that aren't rendered. I recommend seeking other pest control options.
