I sadly purchased this. The app is not user friendly, making it time consuming to find what you want. The dances are not taught. The people just do them really fast. I find myself not being able to follow along effectively.

Extremely disappointing experience with this app.

I had a very disappointing experience with this app. I subscribed via social media but didn't receive access for several days. I've been charged twice and requested a refund, yet there's no customer support available. They completely ignore my inquiries and don't respond at all.

Continued charges despite cancellation! They owe me everything!

They continued to charge me even after I canceled the subscription! They offered to refund half, but they owe me the full amount! Hundreds of dollars have been taken from me, and it has caused significant stress by disrupting my finances! I am extremely angry! This situation is giving me ulcers!

This service needs attention. I cancelled my subscription two months ago, yet they still charge me monthly. Additionally, I’m being billed for an ebook I never requested! This company needs to be shut down

This company needs to be shut down. I cancelled my subscription two months ago, yet they continue to charge me every month. Additionally, they charge me for an electronic ebook I never requested! After getting a response from the support team saying the book is non-refundable, I lodged another complaint. How is it possible for them to keep doing this without accountability?

Consistent unauthorized deductions

They have been deducting money from my account despite my lack of access to the app. I raised a complaint, yet for the past four months, they continue to deduct money, now at three times the original amount. I still cannot access the app.

Lack of trust in this company

I lack trust in this company. A charge over $60 appeared on my credit card. I requested a refund, but it was denied. I asked for my account to be closed and my subscription canceled, but nothing has been done. I've reported this to my bank and relevant authorities, and if I see another charge, I will involve the police.

Beware of scams!

Beware of scams! I signed up for a 7-day trial for $6.93 and was charged additional amounts of $9.99 and $14.99 without authorization, totaling $51.03 AUD. I checked my account immediately and emailed them to cancel my trial and request a refund. After several emails, they promised a full refund if I canceled my PayPal dispute first. I have received no response since.

A total scam!

A total scam! Do not buy this product! They require a lot of information and make you pay before showing any exercise videos. The videos look amateurish and you can only access one daily in their specified order. They try to sell you extras. I contacted them immediately for a refund, but received no response, so I disputed it with PayPal. They then claimed they could only refund if I withdrew the dispute. After doing so, they stopped responding to my emails. PayPal states this is incorrect, so I've reopened the dispute.
