Even after trying to cancel, they keep charging your credit card. Overall, a dreadful experience. Consider looking for another option!
Firstly, the app needs more exercise options; it has very few. My clients faced numerous issues with the videos not playing. The support is non-existent. I downgraded months ago due to complaints from my clients about the app's shortcomings. I had to switch to a better-quality app, yet they enrolled me for another 12 months without my clients. Now, they charge me $22 every month since I downgraded to the basic plan just to retain a couple of clients, but they imposed a 12-month commitment on me. The application did not meet my expectations, and even after attempting to cancel, they denied my request due to the 12-month term while I pay for a subpar app without clients. If it works for someone else, that's great, but it was ineffective for me and my clients.
Caution regarding this service. Months after cancellation, they randomly resumed charging me and refuse to acknowledge the issue. My previous service provider would not remove my card details from their system and denied refunding three payments taken months after I cancelled. This seems to be a common practice based on feedback from previous users. You claimed in a prior review that there were no unauthorized payments made, which is clearly false. Your team confirmed there are no records of my account, yet you continue to store my information and charge me. Your responses are repetitive, and you refuse to provide refunds. Be wary of payments taken months after cancellation. I am still waiting for refunds on three unauthorized charges.
