Absolutely disastrous experience. Lost nearly £25k with them and nearly 2 years of my life. Not to mention loss of income, reputation among stakeholders and endless frustration.Signed up with them for an online portal in March 2023, original contract stated 10 weeks, which should've been a red flag already. 18 months later NOTHING has been done, apart from graphic design. Let me repeat - 18 months and NO PROGRESS with coding the website. All I had along the way was false promises, missed deadlines, or just silence (I mean no reply to my email for 1-2 weeks from any of the team). To get hold of Reece, one of their bosses was nearly impossible, until you hinted money. Then he would be around me within minutes and full-on for the next few days. Out of desperation (and probably stupidity) I even offered them an extra incentive to finish the project to a new deadline, as I already invested a lot of money with them. We signed new papers, they gave me even more "guarantees", and guess what.... nothing. No progress, no refund, no guarantees. They even dissolved the company and created a new one with very similar name (I let you check Dash Media on Company's House) to - presumably - avoid responsibilities and paying due taxes. This information and reports are freely available on public domain, so have a closer look at the business yourself before you sign anything. I attach screenshots to this post (again, it's a public information, accessible to everyone, so I don't breach any regulations - in case someone from Dash had an idea of reporting it to google).The only genuine person in the whole company I can name is Johny - their graphic designer, really talented guy. But this is the only positive experience I had with them. Rest of it is just horrendous.They will probably reply (like to the others) that this is a fake statement, I can assure you it isn't.I will probably never get my money back, so please take this as a warning of what you can expect.EDIT: Upon receiving Dash reply.Yet another proof how unprofessional and untrue to any values this company is to this day. They had the cheek to reply and paste in my website address claiming this is their work. What audacity!!After months of wait and no results from Dash Media I took the graphic design to a Polish company, Iguana Studio (feel free to check their website or contact them: Iguanastudio.pl) who did an amazing job, on time and on budget. It is extremely appalling Dash is trying to claim credit for someone else's job after all. Suppose it just shows their ethics and company culture
Dash have provided excellent customer service to me since making my first enquiry. They listened to my requirements and delivered a comprehensive and competitive proposal in response which accurately met the needs I had expressed. Currently still in the development stage however I have been 100% satisfied at every point so far. They communicate clear timeliness and processes and have fulfilled their commitments at every step - shout out to Johnny who followed by design brief and came back with exactly what I wanted in the first draft! I would highly recommend.
Dash Media stood out from everyone I'd looked at previously. They never tried to sell me a standard package, they listened to what I did, what I needed and worked with that. The options on designs were great, rebranding fresh and process quick and easy. I've recommended to quite a few associates and would highly recommend

Disappointing and frustrating experienceOur experience working with Dash Media was extremely frustrating. Communication was inconsistent, and we often had to follow up multiple times to receive updates or completed work. Simple edits like text changes or image swaps took weeks to implement.We also encountered unexpected charges during the project that weren’t clearly outlined in the original agreement, with payment requested on short notice. These instances caused significant delays and stress for our team.After more than 18 months and thousands spent, our project was still incomplete. When technical issues occurred with our draft website, they remained unresolved. We eventually chose to move to a different provider who was able to deliver a working website in under a month.Unfortunately, we didn’t see the negative reviews until it was too late.
