We opened our 2nd flagship restaurant in 2022 and brought Dash in to help strengthen and expand the Babul’s brand. They helped define our guidelines — from colour palettes to tone of voice — and have since delivered everything from new packaging to menus to a completely fresh website.What really stood out though, was how far they went in reflecting who we are. Our interior is completely bespoke — plastered walls, foliage features, a branded bar, custom furniture — and Dash took the detail of that and translated it digitally. You’ll see our textures, lighting and design features woven into the site.Since then, they’ve stayed involved with ongoing social content, branded graphics, seasonal menu changes and everything in between. Easy to work with and always on-brand.

OMG what a nightmare of an experience we have received from Dash Media Productions Ltd. We are looking at potentially initiating a Court case with them for breach of contract. They make excuses regularly, communication is very poor with their default line being;'I will pass this on, I will send this up to senior management and get you an update'! Nothing ever comes back and as a loyal customer of them for over 3 years we are ignored and not looked after. Their pricing structure changes from what is initially agreed and then you are informed that services will be turned off with demands made to pay by day end when no payments are due. This left us in fear that emails would be turned off so we have paid. This has been a regular experience of ours, costing us thousands and thousands of pounds to date and our own business reputation has suffered. Our experience with this company was very much one with lots of frustrations and heartache. Asked tasks were not done in a timely manner when they should have been, with no clear timeline and their service provided for us 'intermittent' emails. They sometimes worked and sometimes did not and when these issues were reported as affecting our business Dash Media Productions Ltd did not prioritise this for our company leaving our business suffering from our own deadlines. The stress has been unreal. Our experience with Dash Media Productions LTD show they do not care, have little compassion or any thought for their customers. We felt that they made us as a small business suffer under our contract with them.I have read lots of their reviews and all the one star reviews are spot on with our experiences around exactly what service and experience we have received. Edited Review following their response:Edit 1: They will also deny having worked with clients as they do not like real and genuine reviews of how they treat some of their clients! BEWARE!Edit 2: I cannot name my company as have been directed not to do so by our legal advisors at this time due to our intention of potentially initiating a Court case. We’ve had a very positive experience working with Dash on creating a new website for New Era Global Sports, a company specializing in sports management and representing elite athletes worldwide. We approached Dash with the goal of designing a modern, custom-built website that could reflect our brand, showcase our services, and meet the tight deadlines for upcoming events and launches.
