This is my second review, but for the same project: after my first review I was contacted immediately by Dash and told they would do whatever was needed to get me to remove my 1-star rating (and the report of slow service). We agreed that I would remove the review after the project was done. That was a month ago, and the website and the logo are still not done. I don't know what is going on with staffing there, but to all potential customers: please consider another firm if you need reliable service and an honest timeline. Every deadline (and there are have been so many) have been passed, and then required me to chase and follow-up. (If you do go with this company, then at least do not pay in full until the project is completed.) Also know that there appears to have been some curation of the reviews. Needless to say, it's all been very frustrating, and really perplexing as my website and logo designs are quite basic, and I have replied immediately to every email that came through. I really wish things had evolved differently, and that I could be here raving about my experience instead of warning potential customers.
A few years have passed but i wish to share my thoughts on the experiences I've had working with dash on two significant projects.Firstly,the DKH for the British Cardiovascular Society. Custom designed and hooks up to third party system for security and verification. This project was started in 2021 and we recently renewed dash's services for a 36 month term.In a separate personal project involving the development of an iPhone and Android app, Dash Media demonstrated a collaborative approach, going beyond the role of a traditional service provider. Their understanding of project challenges and the offering of a range of suitable products showcased their commitment to tailored solutions.One notable aspect is the level of relationship management. The presence of a dedicated account manager is a big plus to the relationship with the full team. The design approach, applied to both the website and the mobile app, has met and, in some aspects, exceeded expectations. Notably, the customisation extends beyond technical aspects, they tailor the way they work with you.It is worth mentioning that an annual renewal aspect exists, which I wasn't fully aware of initially. However, it has proven beneficial in terms of cost efficiency over time. In summary, Dash Media has consistently delivered comprehensive solutions, showcasing adaptability, unique design focus, and an emphasis on customisation if you need a driven solution not just an off the shelf website then use dash.
Right from the start Chris and Anthony have been fantastic. They understood the concept and the design I was looking for. DASH came well under the quotes I have had elsewhere yet didn't try to reduce my expectation, but actually exceeded it.Chris and Anthony have been readily available and easy to work with and I would recommend DASH to any other company looking for a new or modified website.Great work guys.
