Great experience with dcypher, their system is very easy to use and works perfectly. I have tried many well known foundations and been matched in store but none have been as good as dcypher. The first match was just a bit too light but I filled in their email and I received a new recipe of foundation free of charge. What a fantastic service. I have also bought their brush set and they’re excellent. Thank you dcypher
DCYPHER are awesome! Brilliant customer service. I received the first foundation which was too dark and a bit too warm, however they made adjustments free of charge. Second bottle was exactly my shade! I will probably keep the first bottle for when my skin tans in the summer. Thanks so much!
The customer service at Dcypher is absolutely exceptional. They've been so helpful getting a shade which matched and finding a formulation that works for me as well. My first shade was too pale, but after discussing it with the team they had another colour made up which is great. Since lockdown I've been really struggling to find a foundation I liked and sat on my skin well. After two years of trial and error I came across DCYPHER on Insta and thought I'd give it a go. The whole process is so quick and easy and it take the stress away with figuring out what shade you should pick. I love that you can pick what finish you want. I love a dewy glow to my skin so having the option for that was great. You can also choose the coverage you want which again is great. Delivery was really quick and my foundation was a great match and I loved the finish it gave me.For the price you can't go wrong and if you're not happy with the shade you can contact DCYPHER and they will make adjustments for free.
My first order was just wrong - colour match was way off. I emailed to say I wasn’t happy, received a quick reply to say they would fix it and they did - replacement arrived and is a very, very good match for my skin. Will definitely continue using.
I was a bit skeptical honestly. I'm very fair skinned with cool undertones and foundations are either too light (I look dead) or orangey/ yellow on me. I've used Estee Lauder doublewear for 20+ years but I've lately found the formula thinner & prone to sliding off, plus I'm between shades which is a pain.So I did the colour match scan and ordered the Everyday Collection (foundation & drops). I have really oily skin so I went for full coverage & matt finish.Within 3 working days my package arrived. They are nice glass bottles (although the silver plastic lids are really cheap looking), and the presentation is nice. You get a card with your custom shade on it.I was surprised to receive full size bottles as I assumed you got a tester sample first. Anyway, the undertone of the foundations was just right, but the shade was a bit too dark (I did the scan in very bright sunshine & this might have given me a healthier glow than I actually have). It's wearable, but only if I've got fake tan/ bronzer on everywhere else, so no good for day to day/ winter. I dropped Dcypher a line and completed a quick quiz about the shade, and again, 3 days later my new foundation & drops arrived. These are perfect! I've *never* had a shade look so natural on my skin. The drops are great- I mix them with a mattifying moisturiser for a BB cream vibe. When I want fuller coverage, I use the foundation. This foundation is *really* full coverage and should be used sparingly, and also needs to be applied over primer/ moisturiser or it kind of sits in pores. I might go for medium next time. It needs to be set with powder and last as well as Double Wear, needing a touch-up every 4 hours ish (I use papier poudre for this).Overall I'm really impressed. When I use the drops & moisturiser you can't tell I'm wearing anything at all, my skin just looks really even and healthy. The foundation I don't love as much, but I think that's just the options I picked. The colour match is absolutely spot on though, and the customer service is great.
