I had great customer service and a fantastic foundation match from Dcypher. I've always struggled with getting a good colour match (always too yellow or grey) with off-the-shelf foundations, resorting to having mix and adjust my own over the years. I found the Dcypher process really easy and delivery quick plus such a reasonable price - cheaper than most department store or luxury brand foundations. The first bottle was a bit too pale and grey for me but I was able to feed this back and Dcypher sent me a new adjusted shade for free which is perfect. I'm so happy with the service and will be repurchasing as the colour match is so good.
I’m 53 years old, and my skin isn’t the best! I have reddish cheeks, a nose and lots of Brown age spots. I have never found a foundation to match my skin. I rarely wear make-up, I thought I would give this a try. To say I was amazed is an understatement. The colour looks odd in the bottle! But once placed on my skin it matches my natural colour exactly. I will be buying this and only this in the future!
Love the foundation, I was a bit dubious whether it would be a good colour match but it certainly was, best colour match I've had on any foundation. If I had to give any negative it would be the pump on the bottle, its quite stiff, I end up shooting foundation everywhere so just be gentle. Anyway, a perfect foundation, would certainly recommend you give it a try
Brilliant customer service. Colour match was very good. But I wanted a little more coverage. They made this change for me with no fuss or hassle. Speedy delivery of amended coverage bottle. I will very happily use this company again. Product feels brilliant on the skin. No reaction issues, I have sensitive skin. No problems with outbreaks after use.
The original foundation was not an accurate match to my skin ,but it is difficult to match my tone .but it was no problem to the team .I let them know they asked some more questions and sent me the next bottle free. And it matched much better than any foundation I have tried .It feels natural and moisturising on my skin ,not cakey. Thank you 🥰
I can’t praise Dcypher enough, firstly for fantastic products, after trying foundations for over 30 years this has to be the best one, it feels light on my skin (lately, with others I’ve been wanting to get in the house and clean all my makeup off) not with this one, and the colour match is fantastic, best ever. Absolutely would recommend dcypher if you’re looking for a foundation that matches your skin tone and needs perfectly. I’ve been looking for the right foundation for years and tried other online services before but never found “the one”. I’m super happy with my dcypher foundation though and can highly recommend their products.
