ampulls with little effect

I bought some booster and glow ampulls at douglas to get me ready for a special event. The results i expected were not kept.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. I placed my product about a week ago. There is not any update on my delivery, no tracking number, etc. When I call the customer service, there's simply no one pick up the call. I wonder if my money is taken without products delivered. Very disappointing and furious

Dangerous, Awful product - not safe to use

I just hurt my finger and now bleeding because I opened one ampoule (with the grey plastic thing that one is supposed to use).The ampoules is made of glass that smashes into several small pieces and right into the finger of you! This design is Not very safe for consumers and you should think about product liability! I mean if small children get near these things, it would be super dangerous!!!! Even for normal adults, using the Grey plastic thing to open the ampoule, I still got injured! Im very very dissapointed by the product design and I think I must report it to the Consumer Authorities! Babor, you should definetely change the design of your bottles, this is just unacceptable!!!! I took pictures that I would like to upload / send to you.Im flagging this to you in order to prevent other consumers to get injured

Customer service is terrible

Customer service is terrible. I had the active night ampoules for Christmas and as they are in a glass capsule 2 of them smashed and and left shards of glass I contacted customer services at first they try to tell me it not impossible for this to happen and sent me instructions. When I replied to explain that this was not the point they blamed the language barrier and said they would offer me a giftVoucher towards my next purchase. I then sent my customer number and my address as requested and then they replied saying sorry you need to contact the company you purchased it from. They had me back and forth for days for them to tell me this. I explained that it was Christmas present and they weren’t helpful at all. Their products are good but if something does go wrong don’t expect any help from them directly!! They are the manufacturer and they should take responsibility. I won’t be using them again

Delivery disappointed

Very disappointed with the customer service and delivery. Two weeks after I placed my order, there was no update, no information about my parcel and no one to answer via customer service line.
