Review Time
I have been receiving 2 to 3 letters a day for over a year now, from this company, for someone who doesn't live here. I've loved here for 6 years and never heard of them. Every letter is sent back marked up as Not At This Address but they continue to arrive. I have tried to contact them but as I don't know the case number (not my mail so I won't open it) they won't help. I only know its this company from googling the return address on the envelope.Surely the amount wasted on postage is more than any fine this person must owe. Please stop sending letters
Absolute joke! They send out letters to say we owe money for 2 parking drop off charges in manchester airport. The apcoa system only allows 24hrs to pay on the website. We live in australia. Given travel time the 24hrs surpassed. Then try to call these clowns. No one ever answers the phones. Sat on hold for multiple times for long periods. I refuse to pay the charges as tried to get the initial charge paid as soon as possible as i arrived home.
Debt recovery for premier park but on the very first letter from premier park i appealed on 25th of June and have in an email stating I dont need to pay and my details will be removed, then I started getting letter from these guys about it ive messaged them with the email, but they continue to send them after numerous attempts to contact debt recovery with no reply I shall wait for them to come to my door or try taking me to court, edit after their reply on here and providing them with what they wanted ive just got another letter through the door threatening ccj and court action ill wit for you to take Court action now ive had enough of not being able to contact anyone and getting threatening letters see you in court as I have proof from your client I dont need to pay.
Reading through an array of reviews about this company, i found a common trend. A claim that you have been sent letters which the “under dog” ignored This is a statement that’s entirely untrue. I am going through that experience now. I appealed against a fine & have never received any decision made on the matter. Currently, a letter came through the post today escalating the issue to £170 (note the amount) which again I observed to be another trend. I have been on the phone for nearly 20 minutes without response - but have noticed some have stayed longer than an hour without response. How is DRP a legitimate company? Surely, this is not a right model & certainly not an exemplary way to run a business. Right now I don’t know what else to do. What are the trends? This company threaten court proceedings, yet don’t answer the phones or their “contact us” from their own website. Two and a half hours across two attempts to contact them via telephone and 3 contact messages, to set up an affordable payment plan. Still no contact with them. No wonder people don’t pay penalty charges. Do you actually have anybody working on the phones?
Terrible company, hostile tactics. They followed up on a parking fine letter, which they say is the 2nd time they've tried to contact me. Incorrect this is the first so parking fine increased from £60 to £170. A random figure they just plucked out of thin air.Went to a gym for a day pass and gym didnt even tell me to register my car. What is this world coming too. How can people who work for companies such as these sleep at night.
