Received a letter saying I didn't pay for parking at stoke bruerne in towcster I had something to eat in there no signs as you drive in now there taking me court over a pound parking tried to ring but no answer on phone for over hour complete sent email's and links through there portsal no reply just threatening letters scam now they want 170 pound

Follow up on previous correspondence

Dear Debt Recovery Plus, I have already been in touch with you via Trustpilot where you helpfully asked me to contact you. I have attempted this on a number of occasions, the latest being yesterday when I held on for just under 15 minutes then had to leave. I shall try again today or Monday. However, I’ve received another letter of demand, stating that I’ll need to pay £280 as I’d already not paid a fine of £60 and £170. I dispute this as I had entered my vehicle details on the app in the hotel we visited in May. I received the first demand for payment of £170 two months later, having not had any previous correspondence from anyone before your demand. Was the app in the hotel not working? I do not know as I didn’t see a message saying it was not and no message saying the car details weren’t accepted. How else can you be contacted to discuss this matter please. As mentioned, I shall again try the number provided to me today or on Monday.

I sold my car from Exeter to A Taunton…

I sold my car from Exeter to A Taunton buyer. Instead of checking with the DVLA they send us a debt of £155 for Sainsburys Taunton there is NO proof whatsoever we were there because we were not there we live in Exeter.Incompetent people.Leave us alone and send to the right person!((I already contacted you by email 3 times 23rd September and left my contact details))Ref 15720703EDIT I HAVE JUST SENT YOU PROOF THAT I HAD SOLD THAT CAR BY THAT DATE !!!
