I really like the platform — it’s easy to use and covers most of what’s needed. Some functions could still be added, but overall it works very well. I especially appreciate the support channel — it’s great that you can quickly chat with real people who are responsive and helpful.However, for more complex cases like terminations, it would be much better to have access to real legal experts. Sometimes the support agents give slightly different information, which means you need to triple-check things to be sure.
