Super welcoming visit today at the Surrey showroom. Kamal was very helpful, the showroom had a beautiful layout of all sort of tiling, and I was able to leave with a few different samples, for free, in accordance to my needs. Have not yet purchased anything so unsure of that process, but would recommend a visit for any tiling needs!
We haven’t yet taken delivery, but the customer service adviser I spoke with, Melissa, was friendly and polite and very helpful in assisting me with arranging delivery for such a large amount on the date I needed. She ensured I was going to have the necessary equipment for my delivery to enable it to be left where I would need it, and even tried to save me the extra payment necessary for the equipment by sharing the delivery schedule with another order, I couldn’t due to our own scheduling but it was very good of her to try. If their customer service is anything to go by I am sure I will love my new tiles
It’s one of the best tile/stone showrooms I’ve been. Very clean, nice displays, you can see all products in a nice setting. Amanda was very helpful and showed us around and answers all our questions.
Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend. Tiles from the same box/colour varied noticeably in size, which forced uneven grout lines and left a poor overall finish. This only became clear during installation, and the website photos didn’t reflect the level of variation we received. Good luck 👍
Josie was incredibly helpful and answered lots of questions I had about the tiles I finally chose. Aside from the tiles being the best out of what felt like hundreds of samples I saw from other companies, the customer service was outstanding! Josie was helpful, very knowledgable and friendly and made me feel very reassured throughout the whole process! Would definitely buy from Quorn Stone again.
