Review Time
We have been ordering from Deluxe for a long time. Our order this time got quantities of two items switched. I called and was told the item would be corrected and shipped out to us, I explained the ship to and bill to were different and the items ended up getting shipped to the bill to address which is incorrect. The products we receive from them are very good. Things happen, will order again in the future.
I ordered checks on the 7th of August, shipped on the 10th, after 3 weeks found out they were damaged during shipping but a new shipment was never sent out. When I finally spoke with someone they offered to reprint and send them …. Free of charge! I would certainly hope so.
