Wrongfully sending out checks 4 days…

Wrongfully sending out checks 4 days after order cancelled. 80 Checks sent to incomplete address. Simply told "we are sorry". Told to cancel the checks (all 80) with the bank and I am responsible for the bank fees.Spent hours on the phone - most of it waiting...

Great experience

Great experience. I let our inventory get low and they were able to get me new checks in a very timely manner. The tracking app with UPS helped make sure we were around when they were delivered.

We’ve been purchasing our business…

We’ve been purchasing our business checks from Deluxe for about six years, and they have consistently delivered a great experience. The website is easy to navigate, making ordering quick and straightforward. Products always arrive exactly as described and expected, and our most recent order arrived on time and in perfect condition. I haven’t needed to contact their customer service, so I can’t speak to that aspect, but the fact that we’ve never had an issue speaks volumes about their reliability. Highly recommend for hassle-free check ordering.

My order was not correct! The envelopes did not even have my address on them. This is not the first time my order came in and was not correct. This is the last time for me to order with you.
