The woman I spoke to was just very pleasent. She was apologetic for a mistake that clearly wasn't her fault (it was probably mine). She answered every question and provided explanation that made sense. And honestly, I was just glad to speak with someone that spoke clear English - I hope that doesn't sound bad, but it's the truth.
Due to a glitch there was a double order, in which your customer service diligently took care of. With these issues the order remained pending for far too long. The wait time was a lot more than anticipated for the checks we ordered. The checks are great and a discount was applied for the inconvenience. Thank you
OVERPRICED. Stuck using Deluxe, otherwise would never use again.We are a nonprofit that helps seriously ill children, and we pay no staff, have no office and keep overhead very low, so money can get to these children and families. Deluxe just takes money from them.
