I placed an order for 250 business…

I placed an order for 250 business checks. The first order never shipped due to unpaid postage from Deluxe. After contacting customer service, they assured me a replacement order would be sent out via 2-Day shipping. It's now a week later and order still shows as not processed. Overall disappointed.

Your shipping charge is extreme! Almost 30% of cost and used ground.Your taxes were approx 11% and did not have time to check this.NONE of your codes worked--not for free shipping or anything.
