Online Poor, Customer Service Great

Online I did not like my experience at all. The item descriptions are not clear and the coupon did not apply as it should have. Your customer representative was very helpful and corrected the problem. However, I should have not had to go through that step and you would have lower overhead if you did not need people to correct the mistakes of a weak website.
