Back Room Trouble

The checks are great but there was a problem with the payment. The invoice was for $XXX.14, but they charged me $XXX.15. I called customer service and got some lame excuse about taxes and rounding, but they did refund the penny.I hope this is not symptomatic of bigger problems in their accounting dept.
