My checking account got hit with 3…

My checking account got hit with 3 holds for the amount of the invoice, which resulted in about $500.00 that I could not use for over 2 weeks ( one hold was for the invoice amount, which was OK). Also, I had to pay sales tax, and I have a valid sales tax certificate in MA. Sent that in , company said that was good, they would refund my tax payment. Email was dated 5/19/25, still have not received the refund.update 6/17/25- I still have not gotten the refund for my MA Sales tax payment as of this date. Here is a partial copy of the email I received 5/19/25 - "Thank you for sending in your tax exemption certificate, I have saved it into our records and flagged your account (Customer ID# -----) as Tax Exempt. A credit of $13.24 has been issued for your recent order, please allow 7-10 business days for it to reach you. " It has now been pretty much a month since that email. The customer service ladies I spoke with have been very nice and helpful, but whoever is in charge of refunds is not doing the job. Very bad service from this department.
