Still haven't gotten it

I placed an order on 5/9. I called on 6/5 to ask about my order because it still says in process. I was told there was a glitch and they just pushed it through the day before and that I should get a shipping notice in the next day or so and that it will be sent overnight. I'm still waiting for the notice that it has shipped.
