My account has a tax exemption. I have an email that says my account has been marked as tax exempt by your company. I enter my order and still there is tax on there. Your customer support is not available on the weekend so I have to pay the tax. I am hoping that you will reimburse me the tax amount that should not be charged.
You've always had a problem with your website - in this case, I type in the routing and account number - and then nowhere else in the process am I able to check to make sure it's right - if there is a way to do that, it's certainly not user friendly and obvious. Also - 5-7 days shipping - how long does the order take to process? doesn't split that out.
I couldn't remove the extra $15.95 for EZ Shield:Identity Restoration® and Check Fraud Protection®, although the web site indicated I could do that. I tried chat but there was no response. Otherwise, it is a good, easy to use website with a responsible, reliable company.
