My business check had a miss print

My business check had a miss print. I called customer service was outstanding, this fixed my checks right away. Because of that now you have a customer for life.

TERRIBLE QUALITY!!

I hate writing reviews, but this has to be said. I've used Deluxe for many years, but never again. I run a business, so I write a lot of checks. My latest experience was buying personal and business checks, and between the two was right around $1000...unreal right? Terrible quality overall.... terrible quality paper, terrible quality ink, terrible perforation (check wants to tear). It's pretty bad when the ONE register I got with the order for 320 personal checks is better print quality than the checks themselves. For what these things cost, they should've been printed with gold. They don't even send the expandable boxes anymore to store these things in.By reading some of the other reviews, Deluxe has lost touch with their consumers. I'll never use them again!

Order #2056360390LOST IN TRANSIT No help from DHL or USPS or Deluxe in finding lost check order. Tracking was useless!!We had to close Corp Checking account and open new accountLadies at Deluxe were nice but no one could help. DHL was absolutely no help- they told me it was not their problem. USPS has no record of receiving package listed on manifestDated Jan 1, 2025. Deluxe needs to do better with secure shipping. This is costly and very time consuming for a business and totally unacceptable!

Don't like the new look

The look of the checks had changed and I really don't like the new white stripe at the bottom instead of color all the way to the bottom.

Got the check registers in a timely…

Got the check registers in a timely manner, and they are of good quality. But does the shipping and handling costs have to be so expensive. It doubled the cost of my order!
