Review Time
A couple of issues. I have been a member since 2016. I went to place an order and was told my login info is incorrect. I input my email for my account and received an email stating the email inputed is incorrect. Yet, this is the email I have used since 2016. It showed a customer service # to call for assistance in logging in. I called and the customer service rep told me she could not help me as her system does not allow it. I told her that did not make sense =since it was Deluxe's response telling customers to call that number to get help.So I set up a new account and went through the steps to place my order. In the past Deluxe had a online feature that allowed you to clearly review your order, name, acct #, routing # etc. Now there was no such feature until you are in the shopping cart. I clicked on the review and you could not make out any acct #'s, etc clearly. It requested to zoom in, which I did and nothing changed except a button saying "zoom out". I called customer service and the rep told me his sytem may be different. He did go on and ran into the same issue I did, namely there was no way to review the product ordered. This process was very disappointing, especially as one of the reasons I use Deluxe is the fact that you can clearly review the final product before ordering. Hopefully this is simply a glitch that you will be addressing. Otherwise I believe you will have a lot of unhpp customers . Thank you
