windowed envelopes

I ordered 200 windowed envelopes to use with the checks we purchased from Deluxe. The windows on these envelopes do not line up with our checks or invoices, they are useless to us. I have been ordering from Deluxe since 1996 through my job, and am very disappointed that we paid your price for a product that is not compatible with our other products.

1.) The 50% come-on advertised is a hoax.2.) The "free shipping" offered went away at the payment screen500 checks for $489 is ridiculous, I'll find a cheaper option for our business checks.

I called the 1-800 number for quick and easy assistance. I went through 3 different people and ended up hanging up the phone out of frustration. I was just handed off from one person to another. Went online - much easier.
