Reordered checks for our business and…

Reordered checks for our business and they are not the same quality. Much thinner paper, the placement of our bank logo is badly placed (touching the line where you write out the monetary amount). A white border around the edge instead of the blue color going to the edge - they look and feel cheap. Pretty disappointed.

The checks are excellent but the check deposit stamp has such tiny print that I'm concerned it won't be readable, especially if it gets smeared when I stamp the checks.

Still Waiting for credit!!

I cancelled an order over a month ago and the invoice was still deducted from my account. Received an email of a credit memo. Called numerous times to customer service, even transferred to accounting. Still NO credit has been placed back into my account!!
