Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. We called in to order customized check we ordered before. After email confirmation we just "lost contact". No one answer the phone. No reply to the email. Until one day the phone finally went through and we found our she didn't even place the order for us. We were told the order would be expedited. But we still couldn't get it after 2 weeks. We paid 3 times higher than costco to get "customized" check, but end up have no checks. We are really disappoint with this company and will never order again.

I have a few companies that I order…

I have a few companies that I order checks for. I couldn't see the company name on the order unless I clicked into each one. When clicking reorder it took me to the wrong order. It was frustrating trying to reorder.
