Ordering online from the website was easy

Ordering online from the website was fairly easy. We have had these business accounts for over 15 years. We do not write many checks so it has been awhile since we ordered checks. We used to be able to just login to our online banking and order checks that way. Now we are required to create an account to be able to order checks. Since we have several businesses so not sure how it will work when I use the same email address for each business. Other than that it was a simple and easy process,

Deposit record book

The deposit record book I received lacked yellow copy pages that were in similar product ordered before. The bank routing number on the product is stated incorrectly

Quality has of checks has declined

We have been ordering our business checks from Deluxe for the past 18 years and have previously been happy with the quality of the checks. But this last order we were not happy. The quality is terrible! It looks that are printed on plain printer paper.
