Review Time
Ordering was easy but shipping was terrible. I placed an order that was cancelled for some reason but I was not notified of the cancellation. I placed another order on 11/20/2024 standard shipping that should only takes 7-10 business days but it has been 49 days since. Tracking is not available so I have no idea what went wrong this second time.
The price offered kept changing, I kept having to go back to figure out what happened. Finally I figured out a free shipping code had somehow been activated. Ridiculous that is kept changing, also that I can't have two coupons! You offer them, you should honor them! Then your system would not allow me to use the account I ordered checks for to pay them!!!!
