Frustrating and Expensive Billing Issues

I've been a customer for several years. The service was excellent when my business was small, but as it expanded, I noticed that the company was dropping calls from potential clients as well as existing ones. The reception team couldn't resolve the issue, and the company charges you for these dropped calls, which is incredibly frustrating. I ended up switching to a service that doesn’t charge for dropped calls. When I canceled my subscription, they required me to remain under contract for another 26 days, effectively charging me for $1100 for a month of unnecessary service. I advise against using this service and recommend discussing with other users before making a decision. I had heard warnings but ignored them. UPDATE: The company responded with a generic reply that doesn't address the issues. They are courteous in their responses but fail to resolve the problems.
