I tried ordering checks for my husband. I provide copy of his bank statement to verify the order yet order was rejected. I have used deluxe for many years for my company's needs have never had such difficulties in trying to order checks
The representative was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me resolve my missing order. She apologized and that makes me feel heard. The representative reissued my order to replace the lost order. I appreciate the fast response to my missing orders.
I wanted new checks in the same color scheme as previous checks. But new checks are half colored like previous and half uncolored. How much money does Deluxe save by applying color ink to only part of check surface?! Good grief!
It's very easy to place the order online and I can get my envelopes with return addresses and self seal. No more licking them. They deliver promptly and send me the invoice. They almost always have some sort of promotion to take off a certain dollar amount or percent so that is good too.
